Estate Manager / SecurityChuck AndrewsChuck has been with the Old Richland Schoolhouse for over 12 years and is responsible for everything you can see, smell and touch. While he is in charge of overseeing all maintenance and repairs that comes with an over 100 year old building, he is also in charge of the staff that sets up and tears down your event. During your event, he magically transforms into our licensed security guard for our property. His job is to make sure that the rules and conditions are enforced and that our beautiful site is maintained to be enjoyed for years to come.
